The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

By accessing the tabeej platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the tabeej platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Consent to Privacy Policy

Underage Access

Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any amounts used in gameplay. Each eligible individual may register only one account on tabeej. Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information. Any material discrepancy between the information provided at registration and that revealed during KYC verification may result in account suspension and delay or denial of withdrawal requests.

Account Security Obligations

• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorised or not, until you notify tabeej of a security breach.
• You must notify tabeej support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• tabeej will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request purporting to come from tabeej asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing tabeej from a shared or public device.

Account Currency

tabeej accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, wagering requirements, bonus values, and transaction histories are displayed and processed in BDT. You are responsible for understanding any currency conversion implications if your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account operates in a different denomination.

Verification and KYC Requests

tabeej reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — before processing a withdrawal, after a significant winning event, or if the security team identifies activity patterns that warrant review. • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same method used for the original deposit (return-to-source policy).
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request is processed. Pending KYC will result in the withdrawal being held in a pending state until verification is completed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard and may differ by withdrawal method.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by tabeej's payments team and processed in accordance with the standard processing times displayed at the time of the request. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically among the fastest processed.
• tabeej reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC requirement. In such cases, the tabeej support team will contact you with further information.
• Active bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements may affect withdrawal eligibility. Please review the bonus terms applicable to any active promotional credit before submitting a withdrawal request.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider in respect of a tabeej deposit, without first attempting to resolve the matter through tabeej's official support channels, constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. tabeej reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback claim.

tabeej offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include deposit method requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and game restrictions.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses in breach of this rule may result in forfeiture of all related bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash balance. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated wagering requirement that has not been completed within the stated expiry window will be removed from the account without compensation.

Bonus Abuse

tabeej reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel related winnings, and close accounts where there is credible evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, or colluding with other users to accumulate bonus value.

VIP Programme

tabeej's tiered Black Diamond VIP programme rewards loyal players with escalating benefits, including enhanced withdrawal limits, dedicated account manager access (at Black Diamond tier), exclusive bonus offers, and priority live chat support. Progression through VIP tiers is based on genuine platform activity as measured by the criteria defined in the VIP programme terms. tabeej reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, benefits, and progression mechanics at any time, with notice posted on the VIP section of the platform.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

tabeej periodically runs seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to the Bangladesh market — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms and are available for a limited duration. Participation in a seasonal promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the tabeej platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Underage access: Attempting to access or use tabeej while under the age of 18, or allowing or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one tabeej account per individual, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with tabeej.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting software, automated clicking tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the tabeej platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional outcomes in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the tabeej platform as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit activity. tabeej is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of legitimate tabeej deposits.
• Platform exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or miscalculated odds on the platform. Any winnings derived from exploited errors may be voided.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, graphics, or materials owned by or licensed to tabeej without express written permission.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tabeej staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

tabeej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Credible evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is a Prohibited User (under 18, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible).
• Non-cooperation with a reasonable investigation conducted by tabeej's security or compliance team.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your tabeej account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing the account, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC verification. Active bonuses and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion as Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard. Self-exclusion closes the account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, all marketing communications are suspended. Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, disciplinary, or via self-exclusion — your right to access the tabeej platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tabeej shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from account suspension or closure in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. tabeej's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Language and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which shall be the governing language in the event of any dispute. If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of tabeej, please contact the support team in the first instance. tabeej is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, the matter will be referred to tabeej's designated dispute resolution process, details of which are available upon request from the support team.
